Legal Counsel (Privacy & IP)
Advise Pllay on privacy, intellectual property and the legal texts of our websites and products.
O stanowisku
Pllay operates internationally, with products in more than 80 languages that deal with personal data, music and art. You will review and maintain our privacy policies, terms and guidelines, advise on copyright and data protection, and help us grow responsibly.
Czym będziesz się zajmować
- Review and maintain privacy policies, terms of service and guidelines
- Advise on data protection under LGPD, GDPR and other regimes
- Advise on copyright, licensing and takedown processes
- Review contracts with partners, suppliers and contractors
- Review translated legal texts with the localization team
Kogo szukamy
- Law degree and admission to practice in Brazil
- 5+ years of experience in privacy, technology or intellectual property law
- Working knowledge of LGPD and GDPR
- Fluent English and Portuguese
Mile widziane
- Experience with music or art licensing
- Experience with app store and platform policies
- Certification such as CIPP/E or CIPM
