Senior AI Creative Designer

Om stillingen

You will be the main creator of Pllay's visual content: campaign images, short videos, motion pieces, social content and app store assets for Pllay AI and Galleria Art. You will combine professional design and editing tools (Adobe, Figma, DaVinci Resolve) with the latest generative AI for images and video, and build workflows that let a small team produce a lot of high-quality work quickly. You will work with the Art Director and the marketing team, making sure every asset is on brand, finished and safe to publish.

Hva du skal gjøre

• Design and produce images, videos and motion pieces for campaigns, social media, the website and app stores
• Generate, edit and composite assets by combining AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Google Veo, Kling) with professional software
• Edit and finish short-form videos: cutting, color, typography, sound syncing and export for each platform
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, style references and templates so the brand stays consistent at scale
• Review every AI-assisted asset for quality, brand fit, artifacts and usage rights before it is published
• Evaluate new creative AI tools and bring the useful ones into the team's workflow
• Keep visual guidelines for Pllay, Pllay AI and Galleria Art up to date

Hva vi ser etter

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, digital or motion design
• A portfolio with both still images and video, including generative AI work (show your process, not only the final result)
• Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
• Strong video and motion skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo or similar)
• A solid foundation in composition, typography, color and storytelling
• Understanding of AI content rights, licensing and responsible use
• Ability to work fast, take feedback and deliver many variations without losing quality

Fint om du har

• 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Node-based AI workflows (ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA fine-tuning)
• Experience with music, art or entertainment brands
• Experience with AI voice or audio tools for video
• Knowledge of C2PA content credentials
