You will set the creative direction for Pllay and its products, with a special focus on Galleria Art. You will guide designers, define visual concepts for campaigns and curated experiences, and make sure everything we put in front of people has a clear, distinctive point of view.

• Define and own the creative direction across brands and campaigns
• Lead and give feedback to designers and external creatives
• Shape the visual and curatorial experience of Galleria Art
• Direct photo, video and illustration production
• Work with marketing and product on launches

• 8+ years in design or creative roles, with 3+ years leading creative work
• A portfolio showing strong concepts and art direction
• Deep knowledge of visual culture, art and design history
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with AI-generated imagery
