AI is at the core of everything Pllay builds. You will design and run the models, pipelines and evaluation systems behind features such as AI-generated playlists, semantic search and content understanding, taking them from prototype to reliable production.

• Build LLM-powered features, including prompt design, tool use, retrieval and evaluation
• Design embedding and semantic search pipelines
• Build recommendation and ranking systems
• Monitor quality, latency and cost of AI features in production
• Work with product and design to turn research into shipped features

آنچه به دنبالش هستیم

• 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 in machine learning or AI
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications to production
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience with vector search, embeddings and data pipelines
• Solid understanding of evaluation methods for AI systems

• Experience with music or art data
• Experience with Postgres and pgvector
• Published research or open-source work
